He was on The Bachelorette season 4 and came in 4th place. What a guy! He was one of the unintentionally funniest guys on the show.

I sautéed the veges, added the spices, simmered with broth until soft, then blended it all into a creamy, velvety base - then added more broth, chicken bits, and peas. YUM-O

That sounds like a lot of work! I honestly don't have the time to do cooking that involves too many steps. I'm kind of a chop stuff up and throw them into the pan kind of guy. lol
